For the second time in a week a United States Embassy is threatened with a suspicious powder. The U.S. Embassy in Malaysia recieved a threatening letter with a suspicious powder allegedly from unknown group called Jemaah Muhajirin Mohamad.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) - Authorities are testing a suspicious powder mailed to the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia to determine whether it's anthrax, officials said Monday. It's the second such scare at a U.S. mission in Asia within a week.

Kuala Lumpur's police chief of criminal investigations, Abdul Aziz Bulat, believes the letter and powder ot be a hoax from an unexisting group, however claims to be investigating the incident. He claims to be taking the incident seriously.

This is the second suspicious powder threatening a U.S. Embassy this week. The first was sent to Columbo, Sri Lanka which ended up closing the embassy. Demands are to Washington to remove it's troops from Iraq or they will kidnap or kill Americans.

Since 9/11 Malaysia has arrested more than 70 suspected terrorists.
