cewl, just look at the video at spaceweather. Pity it was pointed away from the earth, else we might have had some nice auroras.

in the diagramm, is the x-axis measured in hours ?
that would make it a fast motion video, right ?

look at the frame counter, it is easier readable than the linegraph. The outburst is from 07:50 to about 08:30.
