London Riots Sustainable to Olympics?

If they could keep the ground swell going till the olympics, there is a real chance that the olympics would not happen.

All of the people who have prepaid tickets would not go.

TPTB do not really care as they have already fleeced everyone for their cash.

Is it possible to keep the spirit alive to the Olympics.?

By then serious riotors would be well and truly dug in for the long haul.

Could you elaborate a bit on "the spirit" because I'm still in the dark about the motivation of these rioters.

Rio will be home of the 2014 World Cup.

HA! Im glad you think England would let this riot fester if the olympics were coming up. Esspecially if this was occuring anywhere near the site of where the olympic guests would be staying. Im going to take a wild guess here that these riots arent happening in the best parts of the city.

yes some of the riots are reasonably close to Olympic areas, but they won't last a month, let alone a whole year!

the kids doing this will be bored, and have thought of something else to do well before then.

The UK Authorities will make sure the Olympics go ahead believe me they will.

If it does how ever continue the International Olympic Committee will say something with regards to the violence.

Do you remember the riots back in the 80's this time it is different. Different Generation. Different Culture from back then. I do fear this is going to continue. Remember there is still the mass demonstrations which are happening in October this year over the cuts.
