A contract is a much more expensive way of buying a phone.

This little skirmish will

All seems to strange this does.

Usually the police are being hounded for being too brutal, look at the G20 riots, and the 80's riots where the mobs where literally ran down by police horses. Look at this, a riot in 2009 look at the force used.



And now, the police are just standing by letting this all happen.

As a result the public are BEGGING for the police to use TOUGHER and more BRUTAL tactics, and even draft in the army.

TPTB know that they cannot enforce these brutal tactics for no reason, so they wait for the perfect time, wait until the public demand it.

They are covering there backs for when the brutality roles out, and what can you do about it? Nothing, it would be you who voted it in.

These rioters are unbelievable!
They are destroying their own neighbourhoods and amenities!
Do they really think that the companies affected,both big and small,will just simply rebuild and reopen their properties in these areas? Not a chance!
If the "disaffected yoof" thought they were poor before,they aint seen nothing yet!

we tryed to civilise the world, thats why we had the biggest empire in history. now we have let the uncivilised into the heart of our nation. and the results are.........

They need to show more of the group of vigilante's in Enfield.

When you have 1 group of civilinans destroying everything and annother group of civilians fighting them and the police are powerless to intervien,what do you call it?

Just heard a phone call on radio that
insurance companies are NOT paying for damage done
they will cover a car fire if was done by wires but not from a riot

that is messed up.

Wake up people you just hurting yourselves in the long run.

This could get messy real quick - if they come across looters I can't see the looters giving up easy, and these guys were pretty ****** off with it all and were determined to put a stop to it.

It only needs to have the same thing happen in a few other areas, and suddenly there is real civil fighting going on.

And one thing to point out - the lads I saw on Sky news were all white 20-40 years old, and the majority of the lads looting are black, asian - and no FFS this isn't a racist comment its called an observation of what is clearly visible for all to see...

Is this what the police are hoping for by standing back as they are?
As mentioned a few posts above this - they have been heavy handed in the past without too many worries - why hold off so much now??
What are they trying to get - civilian battles?

Knowing the police, they are the ones likely to be arrested before they can stop anything.
