1. War of the Satellites, USA will knock all Chinese satellites out very quickly while only losing low orbiting satellites.

3. China infrastructure collapse no power + flooded farm land.

Game over for China in under 72 hours for years.

Yeah...clearly, the US military is just playing weak games in Iraq/Afghanistan. I think your patriotism blinds you

Of course it won't happen tomorrow...but in the medium term, it's inevitable. And yes, a basket of currencies (incl. the dollar) is a possibility. If that happens, the effect will be less drastic, but even a 40% drop in value would be horrible given the current economic state of the US

What would you rather have? A complete loss of value or a loss of 40 % ?

I want whatever's best for the world economy...basket of currencies, some other currency, or an entirely new world currency being created by all countries together (except for North Korea because no one's trading with them).

Whatever's best for the world economy is ultimately also best for the US given that all markets are connected nowadays.

Of course I don't want the dollar to crash 80%, I have friends in the US. That's why I get so angry when they're not implementing real solutions to fix this current deficit and economic crisis. I know that if they don't (soon), they're pretty much screwed economically. I clearly don't want that. On the other hand, it's also abundantly clear that the dollar isn't a good reserve currency, not for the US (because it allows the FED to just keep on printing money, therefore riding the country deeper into debt) and not for the world.

This is all a part of the Masters of Puppets plan. Does anyone actually believe that these internationalist gangsters ever plan on paying Red China back? It's simple really, They will start a War with China in order to get out of paying back their debt. All in the name of human rights and the Freedom of The Chinese people. As a bonus, They get to have complete control over the Chinese economy and markets. SheopleNation reports, You decide. ~SheopleNation

I feel like China has more dirt on us (and MANY other nations) than we have on them.
Is it not true that they have amounts of hackers equivalent to armies over there? I mean this in the most non-sarcastic way possible, and any intelligent feedback would be great. Their government supposedly claims to not be affiliated with most of the hackers. I mean, every country has white-hats protecting their cyber assets who are affiliated with the government, but could not the Chinese government just go "You did a bad thing, army of unaffiliated hackers, a BAD THING INDEED!! Bad hackers!!.....If you want to avoid jail time, give us the dirt you dug up." ...and thus, China possibly has many of our nations secrets and new ideas. Could this have any impact on why we buy so much product from them? Perhaps they steal new ideas from us, and before we are done testing said new ideas, they have already thoroughly tested the idea, and begun manufacturing because they have many more people they can devote to testing and manufacturing? Any sense here? Stupid post?

Just like it works on x-box!

Devalue and or discard the dollar?.. GOOD.. the sooner the better.

If thats what it takes to keep the GOP & DNC from accessing (printing) endless amounts of cash used to occupy foreign nations & slaughter their people... fine with me.

Any nations "leaders", so called, sociopath enough to anoint themselves as part of a master nation of superior blessed beings... the use this fantasy to justify telling lies to engineer occupations & wars where millions suffer.. imo.. deserves to be crippled into humility by any means possible.

..then again there is a much easier way, in theory anyway..stop endorsing, with a vote, organizations who cheer the needless death of other people.

The wars and BS could stop the day the GOP & DNC are cast into history's trash bin of violent political parties... then again the oligarchs would just false flag the piss out of the sheeple to stop any chance of "us" removing "them" from their thrones... so, eh.. might as well party and enjoy time on this planet!!.. life is short, death is long.. the man wins at his game and thats that.. my game is having a good time, I win every day I ignore those people, their advice and what they say I shouldn't do.

Short-sighted answer! Did you think about the drawbacks? Like, everything imported (most clothes and electronics) will go up in price massively, going abroad in general will be unaffordable, and national producers requiring raw materials from abroad will be screwed.

Hell I may as well make my own currency. I will call it the Butt cheek. It will be a porn based currency backed by the income from porn from the web. They will be taxed and the ability to tax them will be the reserve of the Butt cheek. This means that the Butt cheek will have a rate of return and anyone holding the Butt cheek will have a rate of return.

Just wait until QE3 begins, then it would mark the end of the dollar. Once the dollar goes below 72 then the panic would begin and it will drop like a stone. Or they could not do any more QE3 and watch the markets and the economy collapse.
Either way they're screwed.

The US was quite brilliant, whether intentionally done or not. You see, in our modern world and in this age of information, the masses are putting less and less significance on propaganda words like "super power (or hyper power if you are the type to buy this stuff hook line and sinker).

We have seen that credit and loans are so enormously out of balance that they were nothing more than a way to fool other countries for many decades. The US got whatever they wanted and will keep it now. The importance of super powers is a thing of the past. The people do not care who has more money anymore because we are realizing that money has little to do with quality of life.

Now China wishes to keep the game alive but its too late for them. Its over and they were had.

But I guess a thank you is in order for the Chinese gov. They set us up pretty well while they are a bunch of overpopulated worker bees. So yea, go have fun with your royal status of "the friend who always loans money".

Actually, another reason the US should # themselves right now is that their main lender (China) is quickly approaching a massive bubble. If you count local government debt, their debt equals 83% of GDP! They survived the crisis quite well, because they threw even more money at the problem than the US...that's why they have 9% growth rates while we suffer from the reverse. But long term, this can't and will not work. Once China has to focus more on internal finance, and once they can't lend to the US at the rate they're doing now, the US is properly screwed.

The sad part is, I don't think there's a pretty solution to all those issues, the US will face years (maybe even longer than a decade) of tough times, high unemployment, lower and lower salaries, less vacation time, and higher taxes. Why? Because the top 1% and richest companies controlling the politicians have stolen all that money you are now lacking

the irony is china has only a mere single A rating, and they face a housing bubble themselves

If the rating agencies were honest, the US would have lost their rating a LONG time ago. Even the current rating is too high given their debt situation. Why is it that Portugal's credit rating has been downgraded to junk status (with 83% of GDP being debt), while the US still has a AAA rating with some agencies even though their ratio's at 79%? I don't think the US should be downgraded to junk status, but giving them an "A" rating is ludacris!! Not surprsing though given the rating agencies are located in the US, and face a ridiculous amount of pressure from politicians.

Just look at the S&P CEO who resigned after downgrading the US. Officially, it's got nothing to do with the downgrade...but to anyone informed it's pretty clear why he lost his job...or was made to lose it

Double standards...

Considering Chinas escalation in manufacturing weapons, do you not think it will stave of said impending economic crisis with war?

If you notice, not much changes at all. We have been hearing this for decades and things stay pretty much the same.

China wants to remain in the press, so they come out with this garbage.

It doesn't matter one bit that you consider China the US's leader. That type of thinking and labeling is out of date and carries little propaganda value.

You have to be pretty arrogant in this day and age to put any real value or importance on man made borders. There is too much info out there for people to still believe they are playing for any particular team anymore.
