"Don`t Panic".

We all know what happened to Ireland after that statement.

It is anticipated that "don`t panic" will be a phrase used many times in the next month as the SHTF.

However, what does one do with one`s portfolio?
Sell the house and rent?
Keep the cash in the bank?
Keep the cash at home?
Buy precious metals?
Buy bonds?

It is probably too late and so one just has to take it on the chin. I wish I had listened to ATS 2 years ago when all of today`s events were predicted.

Yup, i just replied to this one another post,r ealting it to chicken little. the sky is falling, the sky is falling, and one day it did and no one belived him. the economy is gunna get better, the economy is getting better, and those who actually belive this...are the dumb ones* How many times have we heard it form washington...this is it guys n gals! really! no lie! were fixing it* i use that word loosely of course, fixing* because in reality, thats exactly what thier doing..fixing, as in altering like a casino game table.. the game is rigged*

I do not recall seeing that comment on the graph before. Hope I`m wrong. My friend told me in 2007 gold will hit $2,000 and even $5,000.

He also said that the Illuminati are now buying up land and that this current situation is about the Jews returning to Israel. At the time I did not believe him for sure. Quite confusing.

Regardless, you still shouldn't panic. Panicking is completely unproductive. If you believe a meltdown is coming, you should calmly make preparations. If the meltdown comes and you're not prepared, take a deep breath, and figure out how to adapt.

I don't think there's one coming, because I'm an optimist, but I'm ready to adapt.

That's actually completely the opposite of the story of Chicken Little. Chicken Little got hit on the head by an acorn, and misinterpreted it as the sky falling on his head. He went around shouting it, and everyone believed him without reason. They all panicked, and all hell broke loose, all because of the expectation of a disaster that was in no way coming.

You're thinking of the Boy Who Cried Wolf.
