if god passed judgement on the question of american politics, lightning bolts would be coming out of the sky on a biblical scale.

i doubt he would bother making a difference as far as party.

and the churches that mix religion and politic would hopefully be gone too.

God must be Republican, because the liberal left is overwhelmingly atheist.

His son Jesus was a socialist.

So I guess Satan is a Democrat?

In all truth, Christ would not have supported either party, nor capitalism in general. If you look at the structure of how he ran his ministry, the only modern political system that fits the way he and his disciples lived would be true communism:

Communism is a sociopolitical movement that aims for a classless and stateless society structured upon common ownership of the means of production, free access to articles of consumption, and the end of wage labour and private property in the means of production and real estate.

Christ owned no property, nor did any of his disciples, giving up their property was prerequisite for following him. Their finances were from a common purse from donations of others.

More party finger pointing...my dog is bigger than your dog...I'm smarter than you...blah, blah, blah. Taking sides for either party is no better than the squabbling and infighting we complain about and hear about everyday in congress. You're defending a corrupt system that could give a rats a$$ about you or me.
