This article is a great addition to this thread, but I feel that it's important enough to have its own thread. Since I'm currently collecting information regarding how Bank of America handled my mortgage for the investigation that's being conducted by the Fed and the OCC, it makes me nervous that I and others whose mortgages are being investigated won't see a dime from BOA because they'll simply say they're broke from all the other law suits they've had to pay out on. I'll just be happy if BOA is told they have to cut their losses and leave me alone though. I just won't be expecting much if I sue them civilly after the investigation is complete.
