IMO we would still be basically the same with one major difference; we would be a Commonwealth realm with the Queen as the head of state much like Canada, Australia, New Zealand. I also think much of Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean British colonies would still be colonies.

You would all be eating sticky buns and English breakfast tea whilst watching repeats of Eastenders and Coronation St whilst contemplating cooking white pudding and spotted dick for your evening meal ???

France near bankrupted itself giving support to the American rebels ... that fiscal catastrophe helped generate the French Revolution. So no USA might have meant no French Revolution, so France might still have had a monarchy even today.

And with no liberté, égalité or fraternité to speak of, there might not have been any of the anti establishment/anti colonialist movements at all. The uneducated would still lack schooling, poor people would still be impoverished & the sick would remain untreated because the ideas borne from the French Revolution just didn't happen. Socialism/social democracy & communism might never have happened. Karl Marx could've been running the British North American railroads instead of plotting the downfall of the system. Women might not have the vote, for example. India could still be the Jewel in the British Crown ... the possibilities are endless.
