You can certainly tell that this Sheikh has megalomaniacal tendencies, not just because he has his name carved in huge lettering, but because he had it done in Roman, rather than Arabic, script.

Clearly trying to spread his ''fame'' far and wide...

So its more like... "Visible from an airplane" than "Visible from Space"
