Yo, atsers

I was reading my copy of "The Dead Sea Scrolls" Translated and with commentary by Michael Wise, Martin Abegg Jr and Edward Cook.

Now, this thread is to show major similarities with prediction of "religious leaders and kings"

Here is the only paragraph on the matter,

A second vison of Daniel. the priests and the kings.... and when daniel (...and Daniel read in a book that was given (to him the names of all of the men. He said, "The Priest are Levi, Kohath, Amram, Aaron, Eleazar, Phineas, Abishua, Bukki, Uzzi, Eli, Ahitub, Ahijah, Ahitub, Aimelech, Zadok, Abiathar, (Azariah, Amariah, Ahitab, Zadok, Sahllum, Hilkiah, Azaria, Seriah, Jehozadak and after him Simon and Onias, Jeshua, Onias, Eliakim, Judah, Jonathan, Simon, Johana, and Judah. and the kings:: Saul and David, solomon, Rehoboam, Abijah, Asas, Jehoshaphat, Joram, Ahaziah, Joash, Amaziah, Azarian, Jotham, Ahaz, HeZEIKIAH, MANASSEH, AMON, JOSIAH, JOAHZ, JEHOIAKIM, JEHOIAKIN, AND ZEDEKIAH IN ALL, The Kings number twenty two prior to the time for the cssation of evil. In all, the priest number thirty five of these men, some will walk in blidness eroor, and wickedness, some in truth and uprightness. then shall arise the elect of God and they shall receive the holy kingdom and restore (...)

Sorry for caps, Looking at the book.

So basicly the sum of this paragraph saids, after all these kings and priest the kingdom of God will return. Who returns? This would be about 100 years before Jesus arrived. This prophecy was written somewhere around 100 BCE, post Daniel Death. Here is a excerpt on the paragraph

The writer of this fragmentary Aramaic work chose to compose in the name of the famous eer Daniel and so to attach to that veracious figure his own vision of the truth. He wrote after the fact, but presented his work as prophecy to intensify the impact; also of course, if Daniel, now long dead, were really the author thgen the only possiblity for his describing events occuring around 100 B.C.E was through pophecy, in the narrative Daniel appears at the court of a foreign monarch and during a discussion, now mostly lost, is handed a book of some sort. Reading from it, Daniel recites the names of all the kings of Judah and of many of the high priests yet to come. The list of high priests is really the centerpiece of this second vision, since the kings lived long before our author's time. The high priests continued right down to his day and his point is that when the last named priest appears or shortly thereafter when time known beforehand and deisignated by the list runs out--- the kingdom of God shall come

Very intresting.

But here is something else that sounds the same. St Malachy prophecy about the end time and the final pope. en.wikipedia.org...

Here is some snippets of that prophecy.

Fixed.

According to the Bible, the generation that saw Israel reborn as a nation in 1948 would not pass away before the Second Coming of Christ. This would be right in line with a new pope - the last one, Peter the Roman - taking his place in the Holy See in the near future. Popes die suddenly all of the time. We're just a heart attack away from the last pope.

Add to that all of the other prophecies from around the world, not to mention this "feeling" that a lot of us have been having that something is coming, and I'm pretty sure that the next year or two will be the beginning of the end (or the end of the beginning if you like.)

I have followed the St. Malachy prophecy for years now. His prophecy, line of succession, is quite on track. Seems next in line signals the antichrist, world change.
