This is total BS!!!!!!!! This woman should not be punished for something so insignificant! Not only is it a waste of time and money, but wern't the mother and daughter in a way doing the job of the agency? They took the woodpecker to take care of it-not harm it. I'm not one of those nuts who thinks animals should be put above humans, but they did the right thing and the protection agency should have respected it.

The government goes after people who do nothing wrong like this mother, rather than drug smugglers, murderers, and pedophiles. Not to state the obvious, but this world is truly messed up.
