You remember the half girl half women photo? Well I think this photo represents the US 2 party system.

The left side, aka the Democrats, is woman half and the right side, aka the Republicans, is the girl half.
The Democrats are center-LEFT and the Republicans are center-RIGHT .

Also we write from left to right. So the part on the left is written first. Similarly, the one on the left, aka the Democrats, was created first.
The photo looks like one person because to many in the world both these parties are one and the same.

What's all that got to do with 8-3-11(3rd August 2011)?

Well guess what happens on 3rd August 2011? If this debt ceiling problem isn't solved by 8-2-11, then on the third US loose their AAA credit rating, sparking a world wide economic collapse, a perfect setup for the private rich guys, aka the "New World Order", to take over.

Here the New World Order means a world run by the rich and not the government.
