troubles with adding avatar

i was sent to the media page to upload my avatar there but my user name and password is not working so i figured i might need to make a separate account for that but it said

"Sorry, Signups have been disabled. Please check back later! "

I'm not sure what to do at this point

Upload to ImageShack, I'll put them on my Media Profile, then give you the links to put in your Profile.

Until you can set up your own account...

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure if this will even work. I think maybe Avatars will only go to 1 profile.

Trying to add a striaght forward pic as my avatar have it uploaded to the ats Media folder but the pic still wont show up in my profile can anyone lend a hand.....
