But I think that it is just a casuistic and subjective situation and not a standard situation. We were talking about supposed massive occurrences and behaviors.

The gay comunity, included Fátima as one of the meeting points on the "gay guide". Opus gay on their website, points WC and parking lots, of the shrine as places of encounter for the homossexual activity

Massive occurances of homosexual gatherings and discreet encounters between the homosexual community, but nowhere in the translated article does it state that, " odd behaviour was reported ", or " large incidents of sexual acitivy occured on a regular basis "; a place for homosexuals to congregate and "some" chose to have sex seems more or less the tone.

Deep

Let not be talking about homosexuals meetings, but about all kind of social gathering phenomenons. The issues, here, are:

1st, "Can those behaviors take place in public sites?

2nd, Aren't these «large incidents of sexual activity occurred on a regular basis» just a way of protest and call the attention upon their perpetrators, for the most different reasons?

3rd, aren’t these actions considered Constitutional and Penal Law criminal activities?

4th, Must the 3rd party (the involuntary people which have contact – direct or indirect - with the occurrences) be hurt on their sensitivity for such behaviors?

And 5th, isn't there a difference between, for instance, a couple of "love crazed" teens having sex on a church, and a meeting which is characterized by these same activities and behaviors, and is gathered with these same purposes?
