I dont understand why everything but the chick is blurry? either way i see a kid like think wearing a bike helmet. Possibly bell brand and a white box cute chick.

The speed of the object, the motion of the object, the direction of the object, the limbs on the object.

Stating the obvious is saying it's a child or a little person. Now if one were to say it is a pan dimensional being would be crazy.

yes I get that it is a child but I was trying to make out something remotely familiar,such as a body part?it is a strange picture and with my experience with photography(which isn't much)I have never had this happen to me before.
I do realize that some members here can call fake without so much as a question ,I on the other hand like to explore a bit before making a decision,with obvious fakes or not.It has nothing to do with intelligence it's about the impossible being possible sometimes.This is the reason I like ats.

Yeah, that's the reason I love ATS too.

On a further note, I've had quite a few accredited classes and training with photography and lighting, other than my natural ambition to photography.
I can assure you, it is the obvious. And if we haven't learned anything from Occam’s razor, it would suggest the same.
