am down 5 lbs in two weeks, and I am seeing the change! Thanks again!
Depending on how you're dieting, the first few weeks will be mainly water. So don't get discouraged when you begin to lose less weight per week.
You'll probably be burning the same amount of fat but the water excretion will have stopped. Keep it up. And good luck.
