I won't give you precise details but in the interests of disclosure, I will help. You have a few options. I will highlight two of them here.

1) Tell everyone as the other poster said. Put it everywhere, on everything. You will be tracked easily so you might as well include your name, how to contact you, and a message showing no intent of suicide or serious medical issues.

2) Download TOR. Get into the Deep Web. Get behind 7 proxies (half joking). Find Anonymous Operations there or track down Wikileak's Deep Web upload server and send it in. I don't mean AnonOps on the regular web or Wikileaks but if anyone has asked this question and you're not behind a proxy already or haven't' been at any point and have ANY identifying information on your computer, you might as well go with step 1.

sad but true this is more likely how it's done I think the types that do it would have very warped lifestyles

makes you wonder if some ats members are linked to Anonymous ?

Here is a link to the 'Handbook for Bloggers and Cyber-Dissidents' that was put together by Reporters without Boarders. en.rsf.org...

There is some good information and tips in their to protect your security and privacy when working with sensitive information. TOR is a great tool but the biggest problem you will have is with your ISP and how you connect to the internet. Once in it gets a lot easier to remain hidden.
