No wonder it's been unaddressed: they've never heard of it!

I thought the water was supposed to stop? It keeps flowing but in a different way. It's kind of like when your faucet flows smoothly but can spatter if all you do is press on the metal mesh thingy that is supposed to block debris (?).

I'm with more people here. That's probably just a tourist gimmick. I wonder how many people bought souvenirs after the tour was over...the Magical Fountain.

What kind of nonsensical reply is this?
Seriously...

Have I played xbox my entire life?

I never owned an xbox.

So I don't know where that stems from...
Unless you feel the need to say something more productive, I'll ignore your responses.

People, READ before shouting nonsense:
FTA:
Another enigma exists in how the Incas and pre-Incas captured natural forces in their buildings and landmarks, giving the appearance of magic

OF COURSE IT'S NOT MAGIC YOU MORLONGS!
It's just a way to describe something... Geez...
Why are many so anxious to show how wrong the OPs are!? Before even UNDERSTANDING what has been said??
