Just saw the (Belgian) news and there was a story on a man that claimed he hoaxed the Belgian triangle ufo picture.

The news presented the story in such a way as if the whole collective experience of that time was all based on a hoax created by one man's supposed hoax picture. Now why would 5000 people report triangle shaped ufo's in the sky based on a picture of one man. Why would the airforce send jets to track down the ufo?

All this is simply explained away by this man comming out and admitting the hoax and it is not even questioned. It was a short segment and was so brutally flawed in logic that it infuriated me.

To be fair the search button on ATS is missing a "most recent" option, thus making it hard to find the newest threads on any subject.
