Where's MY Happiness?

People around me in my life are getting engaged, off at college, or enjoying life. They're happy. So why can't I be happy too?

Where's my job?
Where's my place?
Where's my girlfriend?
Where's food for me to eat being that I haven't ate since Sunday?

Why the hell can't I be happy?

Simple, because right now in my situation - I'm living in hell.

Simple, because right now in my situation - I'm living in hell.

Getting engaged is seldom good in the end I don't know a married man who isn't at least a little miserable (except a few liars), going off to college to get indoctrinated and make less than someone who invested four years in learning a trade?

Enjoying life? This is an attachment decision. I know handicapped people who are in pain every day of their life but have learned to enjoy life.

I recommend standing outside the store and asking a stranger for a few bucks. Builds character and fills the stomach. Be humble.

Your job is at the local book store, gas station, or any other place that will pay you. Work your way up from there.Ask at every place you go to dress in the nicest clothes you have, shave shower be polite and be humble.

Your place is in this world, welcome. If you need a place to stay be friendly sleep on a friends couch, be polite, be humble.

Your girlfriend? She is in your head, just like your happiness is.

Imagine what it is you want. Imagine it in detail. Imagine the steps from the lowly beginning to the grand end. Work for them and they will move from your head to your reality.

Or just give up and say your life is hell and make excuses. Its up to you really.

A lot of us have been there. Feels like it will never stop, but it does.

Precisely! The Tic-Tac is a metaphor for flowers blooming after a rainfall or a baby playing with a kitten. Life offers ample enjoyment if you're willing to look. Not all happiness is bought or won. Seriously.

Sounds like it's time to swallow your pride, and move back in with mom and dad, or the next of Kin.

Thats how you get on your feet again.. it's simple really.
