It does look interesting. Hard to say what they are.

I doubt they're UFOs, though. I can't imagine them hauling something like that uncovered through a city with sirens and flashing lights .

ETA: It just occurred to me that, being such a wide load, traveling at night would avoid a lot of traffic problems.

In my opinion they appear that they would be connected to something to be used, although I am not sure what they are used for. However I do not believe that they are an alien space craft. The police escort is more than likely because of their size. In the U.S. if you have an oversized load you have some kind of vehicle or vehicles, at least in the front, to escort it to its final location.

I have a friend who is a Commercial California Highway Patrol Officer who escorts unusually large loads across the state probably 3 or 4 times a year. Its always overnight since most of the time the loads wont always fit on our freeways so its a lot of back roads and the less traffic the better when you take the whole road up. The contents are usually some large piece of machinery etc, nothing strange.

On a totally unrelated note the same guy's dad retired from the USAF as a CW4/CMS and worked on the SR71 at Beale AFB throughout his 27 year career, pretty sure he was some sort of lead mechanic specific to the SR71. Nothing secret or anything like that, he has a nice plaque thanking him for all his years of service in the SR program.

They're meant for some manner of construction, probably something very mundane. I doubt they would have transported a genuine flying saucer without something to cover it, like a tarp.

Lol a real UFO or even top secret military craft would be never carried like that in a highway... it would be covered and ther would be 3 times more guards and cars than now, it would not be using a highway where all citizens pass anyway lol... fake or movie or construction material
