Certainly. Right now, trying to communicate with humanity would be pointless, because your unaugmented brains only process information at what you would call a glacial pace. When your civilization can collectively process information at a trillion times faster speed than you do now, we can communicate properly. But you will still sound like a slowed down record transmitted via undersea cable to our ears. Really, for us to carry on a meaningful exchange, you will need to be at 10^40 calculations per second. But that's OK, you'll reach it by the year 2080 or so.

Of course, we're talking about civilizational intelligence here. An unaugmented human would still be just like a piece of wildlife to us.

I guess i should start asking questions that most loonies would not answer.

-What happens to an object that travels at the speed of light?
-What is your vehicle's propulsion system...explain it mathematically

If mass of the object increases to infinity at the speed of light, it only makes sense for the object to come apart and be everywhere at the same time.

Interesting. If this is true then why reveal your self beforehand? Why no wait until we have reached the proper level of communication first? There seems to be alot of communication going on, what's the purpose behind that communication if we are not able to process it?

Human science fiction is more reflective of basic human fears than reality. Aliens like us don't want your land, your gold, your DNA, your women, or your jerbs. In fact we don't really want anything from you. We just want to make sure that any AI that is birthed by your civilization doesn't turn the universe into grey nanobot soup.

For the most realistic depiction of human/alien contact, see 2001 a Space Odyssey. That movie is one of our favorites.
