Internet users attacked the government's response to the disaster after authorities muzzled media coverage and urged reporters to focus on rescue efforts. "We have the right to know the truth!" wrote one microblogger called kangfu xiaodingdang. "That's our basic right!"

Leaked propaganda directives ordered journalists not to investigate the causes and footage emerged of bulldozers shovelling dirt over carriages.

It looks like the Chinese People are continuing to wake up to the governments propaganda.
What say ye?

lol china isnt stupid, they know theyre government is wack, it's basically USA over there now, it's just good because the angrier they get with there gov't the less likely china will go to war over debt, a friend of mine who lived in china for many years said himself that the chinese love america, and that china hasnt really been communist for the past 20-30 years, just totalitarian, people realize this, but they also realize that they are powerless to do anything about it unless everybody rages at the same time.

Did any of us doubt but what we were being given muted details? The basic details tell us that this story goes far beyond a failure of power to the first train and the area of the accident clearly suggest two things, first, the injuries and death toll must be far higher than reported, and, second, the site of the accident is a perfect place to sabotage a train.

From this latter point we may want to consider that it was not a mere power failure that stopped the first train. Bulldozers piling dirt over the cars doesn't seem to make much sense unless to hide evidence of an explosion either from a car's interior or from the track area underneath.

china have enough money to treat america as their new bitch and you think their government is wack??

they might be wack, but they're obvisouly a lot better at running a profitible country (and producing pretty much 50% of all the worlds goods whilst their at it)..

ok, so a few students get run over every now and then and they skin dogs alive.....

human rights aside, they're pissing all over the west!

I guess this qualifies as a troll's message?

But you are right, Beaver. Strange as it seems, slave labor pays dividends to the masters.

Maybe America should consider pulling out any and all investments regarding high-speed rails. The effects of accidents can be deadly. And the cover-up of this latest crash sure doesn't look good, except funding for the construction industry but at what price? If enough people get angry over government cover-ups, I'm sure all the other lies will start to unravel. It's just a matter of time, like right now.

The Infrastructure throughout China is a disaster, built with shoddy materials and essentially forced labor. The beautiful venues that were built for the Olympics that the world marveled about are in many ways in such disrepair that they are no longer in use, although the government would tell you that they are being saved for "special events"

When the three gorges dam fails they will not be able to cover that up. It will be a disaster of epic proportions and there are reports that it is in fact failing and that they are scrambling to fix it.

a fool that can spell "you're" tho

sorry to all tho, yes there was much sarcasm in what I had to say, but also a hint of a true word said in jest.

china make everything, and america can't pay their bills...

how good will our human rights be when the SHTF and suddenly there's no food, tools, or erm anything of use made in the west...
