Same thing happens with frogs legs when you salt them. I believe the salt is acting as an electrolyte exciting the muscle fibers.

in frog legs, if you sever the tendons in the legs when prepping, they won't do that.

either way, blech! lol

Dude, I just spent $3 on the album of the artist of that song for no reason. But I am ok with buying the Genetix CD for $3 after spending $10 on an album after watching THIS!

I bought the entire album on iTunes after watching this video like 12 times.

I dont even publicly admit to liking rap or electronic music.

But who can avoid BLASTING this s**t in your car just for the reactions!!

Anyways, thanks for getting me to spend even more money on completely stupid music.

This makes me feel sick.

Reanimated squid, what are you talking about? In places such as Japan a lot of seafood is served live.

That soy sauce is just burning the hell out it. Absolutely disgusting on too many levels.

actually no you're wrong the sodium chloride (salt) in the soy sauce activates the muscle's neurons.

Why do animals have to be so delicious anyway.

My point exactly. If they weren't so tasty I wouldn't be eating them.
