Brazilian news footage

Some kind of remote control craft using LEDs? The blue central light is clever if it is. No sure what to make of it, common sense says model etc? Anyone any experience of something similar model wise and other footage that looks the same?

Yeah, its spinning slow, how can it stay afloat if that?
And stay at an angle?
It cant be an rc plane or heli ...?

As per usual, 30 second footage, no movement or where it went, why oh why???

There's an American guy who flies something very similar. He's been busted by the police and interviewed by news websites. IIIRC it was an RC disc some 3' in diameter.

I can't find a link, but remember how he fooled a crowd outside a movie theater.

Really bugged that I can't find a link!

The bright object was seen in the sky by the residents who, shocked, called the police. Agents were sent to the area, but they just looked on. There were folks who swore for sure they were watching a flying disk. Just in case of doubts, they all decided to register the object and put it on the internet.
