BREAKING: Blast in Oslo hits offices, government buildings

The police have arrived and sealed off the area. so far there has only been one rapport on a girl being shot in the arm. The rest seem safe so far.

But this makes me wonder if there might be more coming our way. Norwegians are not the most prepared ones.

OK, there is two Utøya, the one you are mentining and also a small place in Oslo. I think Utøya, west of Oslo, is the right place, since it also belongs to Buskerud police district, mentioned in the police conference.

If Jens Stoltenberg is there, then this is VERY serious!!

It was a FALSE POLICEMAN who opened fire! This was at the island Utøya, west of Oslo in Tyrifjorden, at the youth convention for the Norwegian equivalent of Labour, Arbeiderpartiet. He had first said he was there because of the explosion but then started to shoot. Several people are injured and several youths has tried to swim to the main land.

He is the Prime Minister of Norway. So yes, he would certainly be a target. But he is safe. He was not on the island when the shooting started.

Reported four minutes ago reports of 4 fatalities at the camp.

17.33 People are reportedly phoning from Utoya saying they are benig shot at. Multiple ambulances being sent to the site. The alleged shooter was dressed as a police officer. He travelled on a boat to the island in the uniform and when he arrived he started shooting with a handgun, according to reports. Unconfirmed reports of four dead.

Sounds like this was an asassination attempt on the PM of Norway....he was supposed to be at the youth camp.

Obviously somebody wants to "influence" politics, what is happening politically at this time?

a reporter from NRK just said on live Norwegian TV that someone called Helpers of the global jihad said that this is just the beginning , They did not take the blame though.

It is normal practics for small groups to claim events that are NOT theirs , just to get attention and legitimsation.

Removed the fake video. Why would people do things like that? Oh well.
