Have any ATSers ever met up in real life?

I'm just curious as to whether any of you have crossed the "real life" frontier with ATS
What happened?

Also, has there ever been an "ATS gathering" or something?

I have met 2 before by chance.
One guy turned out to be an idiot who was recently banned when i met him and the other was a nice kid.

The amount of paranoia the one guy had was pretty classic of an ats member.


My best friend is an ats member and so is one of the guys i play music with.

Dunno, probably walk past ATS members most days though haha. Who knows who looks at these boards???

Id never personally meet anyone off here or any other web site. I read stuff on here in my spare time, sometimes for laughs, sometimes because im genuinely interested in the subject.

I wouldnt want to be in a room full of nutters....not saying your a nutter...but there are PLENTY on here

I have, I recognized a member from their profile picture, and said I loved his posts. He was pretty shocked, and just said thanks. He also hasn't changed his pic, and I have bumped into him on a few occasions, never really felt the need to strike up a real conversation, its all a bit awkward. Other than that I have helped a few members get websites going, pictures uploaded and downloaded as well as calmed some spirits after being trolled.

I did once with a women, well he said he was a woman. Anyways was a interesting night

Never met anybody from the site, but I have run into other ATS'ers by chance.

I have never, but if I do I hope they're not psychotic.
I had 1/2 my face in my dp and someone messaged me and told me I was cute.
Changed it right away after thinking about how small the world really is.
What was I thinking? I always think someone's going to shoot me as the elevator doors open. Why would I put my face on here?!


Anyway....Would love to hear stories of real life meetings on how they went!!

I've met most of you in real life...you just weren't aware of it


But for real...I haven't met anyone from ATS...yet.

Never met any other ATS members... yet.

Tho would be interesting to test out the waters via a skype video chat, or a google+ "hangout" video chat.

At least then you get an idea of what you'd be getting into.

Most of you would be fun company to share a pot of coffee with and chat the hours away.

Probably would be like any other get together, clumps of "groupies" hanging around together.

Also, on the visit, got to see our old friend Chrisonabike prior to his final show at Wembley. A blast seeing him again after two years and an incredible experience being at the show.

My husband and I did meet one member here in
2010 at my son's place.I won't name any names.
There are a few here I would like to meet one day.

Never had the pleasure of meeting a fellow ATSer but I have quite a few Skype friends (members) that I consider to have become friends. Though I cant get into chat, I figure that Skype is a good alternative, fun, and downright hilarious. There are some real comedians here

I've met one ATS'er before.

Spent the day hanging out before I unfortunately had to come back home. Hopefully going back to hang out again sometime soon though. And I'm planning on meeting another couple of members in the future too. There's some fun times ahead.
