Anyway, I thought about this in the car just now.
Everybody and their cousin has looked up the WHOIS information for 8-3-11.info ... we're all detectives!

I thought - okay - if this is for the 11-11-11 Movie, perhaps I should look if there is an 11-11-11.info site, which there is, but it's a basic domain and for sale, so nothing there...

Then I thought what if there's an 11-11.info site and there is, and it's suspiciously blank right now, basically saying "it works!" and that is all.

So - does it's registry information match 8-3-11.info

My "theory" is that perhaps this IS for the upcoming movie (and of course they wouldn't admit to it just yet!) and at some stage they'll re-direct traffic from 8-3-11.info directly to the main site... 11-11.info...

Of course I'm just playing here... but I do see some similarities in the registry information see below:

Now - of course - there' lots and lots of domainsbyproxy sites, basically protected registry sites, but as you can see there are similarities... I just wish the registry dates were exactly the same... as you can see the 11-11.info site was registered on March 16, 2011 and 8-3-11.info registered on 21st June 2011... but I do think that perhaps this is just (as others have said) a teaser, and will unfold to forward to 11-11.info

Most likely back in the day a baby born to an R- mother would never have been born at all, but yes if the first child it may well have yellowing of the skin and be weak.
I've seen lots of people bring up things about germany and the holocaust, Well many holocaust victims were experimented on for various reasons..1 being the fascination of the R- bloodgroups.....How many of them are there btw? These numbers the folks behind 8-3-11 give themselves, might they not pertain to the different r- bloodgroups and relate to percentages of each group in the populous? Also in camps people were subjected to radiation to render them sterile..Someone else has mentioned this Belle or SAM having some relation to low level doses of radiation?

Doodles were taken from the original site. There were two that got posted on the site. The one with red lettering was found on 4chan /x/ board and seems to be partially decoded language. Because this is a long post I'm splitting in two. Being a noob here I can only hope I'm not crossing a line I shouldn't.

After following this for 2 days now and, having read every post on the 8.3.11 site and on here, I think it makes sense to focus for a moment only on the information that has come from the person who replies to questions on the 8.3.11 site. I copied all of his posts into NotePad as ASCI and a copy as Unicode. It was very refreshing to put all the speculation here away for a while and reread all the posts. I've zipped these files and their small but I'm new here and don't know if it's even possible to post them for others.

Rather than speculate on motives and connections (which is very worthwhile), I took a moment to try and understand what the little they're saying at least seems to mean without using outside sources. Here are some impressions.

Belle is a symbol not the object, victim, protagonist or subject of the “event”. She seems to be fairly irrelevant to the “event” except as a “flag” of some sort. An answer to a question seems to indicate a biological relationship with someone in the group. (Q: “Is the girl directly related to the cause?” A: “To us.”)

There are five original members; four of whom are male. The group as a whole is deist. They consider themselves and the "event" to come to be a unique, overall positive, world-wide, non-violent influence. They think we all have had the means to do what they're doing and have chosen not to. (Q: “Why are you doing this?” A: “Because you won't.” (The “event” will be a “retraction” which I take to mean a correction of an earlier idea but I'm speculating here. I'll try not to do it again.”.)

At least one of them often uses a remarkably dry and acerbic sense of humor (Q: “What would happen if I decide to throw the first stone?" A: "Hopefully movement.”) that is totally at odds with every apocalyptic rant or political manifesto I've ever come across.

Their activities were to an extent unplanned in that the "event" somehow arrived more quickly than they had anticipated. One of them, who is now their leader, formed the group by inviting, not commanding, others. The group is voluntary but is not anarchic and has within it rules that must be followed (mentions of only being “allowed” to speak of certain things).
