Pinenuts enhance prostate function. After learning of this I started using Pinenuts regularly and noticed a significant increase in my libido. Also your most likely going to get "grumpy old man syndrome" as it was so pleasantly described to me lol. It happens to be a negitive or positve (if you value shaking your fist at "hoons" and complaining about how the streets are not paved in gold) effect of Andropause = the male equivalent to Menopause.
Its good that you are aware of this so you can focus on it
.

Pinenuts, hummm, maybe I should buy them for my
husband?I wonder if that explains his grumpyness,
besides being married to me.

Join a gym, exercise regularly (your eyes on hot girls too) and eat unprocessed foods only like a caveman would. Calories ingested versus calories burned to keep a healthy metabolism and weight. Have sex a lot (desired only so dump the hag if it feels like a chore and hunt for newer, younger tail). Take a multivitamin derived from real food.

Do all this and you will feel like a champ, guaranteed!

You are a bad boy for suggesting the op dump
the "hag" for younger tail

We fat,old hags need some loving to,then maybe
we wouldn't be so fat?

Besides, older "hags" are usually past their baby
making days.Younger ones will make you a DADDY!

Try some sunflower seeds. The ones in the shell seem to work best. Very salty though, but not a problem for some.

Kinda works like Viagra, if you can wait a day. If was going out on a big date I would eat a bunch the day before.

Interesting effect. Arginine. Would stimulate growth hormones I guess.

To qualify, I'm a personal trainer (as a second job currently) and I consider myself a nutrition counselor (I'm not a certified nutritionists or registered dietitian):

Seeing how I have no idea what you're eating, drinking or doing during your free time, it's hard to really give any good advice. But I can give some pointers...

- Stay away from beer. Drink liquors without mixers. And wine sometimes.

- Avoid soy products

- Avoid wheat products

- Avoid fructose

- Avoid legumes

- Avoid industrial seed oils (those that are unsaturated, except olive oil)

- Avoid Oprah, girly drinks and the Lifetime Channel

- Eat more animal fats

- Lift heavy things off the ground as quickly as possible

- If you're insulin resistant, hyperinsulinemic or type two diabetic (or if you have fat accumulation around your midsection) avoid foods that spike blood sugar or keep it high for any long period of time. So, limit processed carbohydrates, potatoes, sugar and pasta, etc. Lower insulin levels will help keep those girly hormones in check.

I am an RD and a PT so I wanted to chime in and agree with Devolution - very sound advice.

If you want more energy and healthy skin you should look into Paleo Eating (Eat Like a Caveman). Stay away from grains and processed foods. I made the switch last year and it changed my life.

And Hi to you Devolution from a fellow Texan and Personal Trainer!

I only drink red wine or guiness when i do drink.

- Avoid soy products

Can't remember the last time i had any
.
- Avoid wheat products

Don't eat bread

- Avoid fructose

I do eat lots of fruit(a smoothie a day keeps bad guts away)

- Avoid legumes

As grazzers did'nt our early ansestors eat seeds when they could find them.

- Avoid industrial seed oils (those that are unsaturated, except olive oil)

I only use a good olive oil.

- Avoid Oprah, girly drinks and the Lifetime Channel

Who?

- Eat more animal fats

Hereditary high colesterol in my family so got to be carful there.

- Lift heavy things off the ground as quickly as possible

As a martial arts instructor for years i dont want to much bulk.Speed and power is what im after.

- If you're insulin resistant, hyperinsulinemic or type two diabetic (or if you have fat accumulation around your midsection) avoid foods that spike blood sugar or keep it high for any long period of time. Insulin levels are fine and my midsection only just starting to expand, well i am 42.
thanks anyway.

Lifting heavy stuff won't necessarily make you bulk. If you combine that with a hypertrophy type workout, then it might (if you eat enough). I hear it all the time.."but I don't wanna bulk up...." usually from women, however.

Generally, lifting heavy weights for 1-3 rep max will yield more strength results and lifting heavy stuff quickly off the ground will yield more power. That doesn't mean you will get huge.

As far as cholesterol...so you're saying you're one of the few in the population that has hereditarily elevated cholesterol in the 400-700 range? If so, ok. If you mean your doctor told you that having you have high cholesterol because it's over 200, tell your doctor to go back to the medical journals and try again.

Saturated fat intake doesn't always elevate total cholesterol. In some people, it does elevate HDL, but generally, it doesn't have much effect on total cholesterol. Dietary cholesterol doesn't affect serum cholesterol in any way, really. Never has.

What DOES affect cholesterol levels even more so is....alcohol and fructose. And carbohydrates, to an extent.
