I believe he is talking about EU version of comet dynamics, so no, not every comet would cause a pole shift, only very large orbit ones that went out far enough to gather a very significant negative charge.


In other words, any long period comet. Several pass by every year.

No, not any long period comet, just the ones made of elements that would cause piezoelectricity:

either released during heating or structural change. My theory anyway.
