Ack.!

I feel dirty now.

I just, out of mild curiousity (actually trying to get a understanding on where exactly you are posting from..) checked your posting history.

you have almost exclusively dedicated your time here on ATS to rally against islam.
Not like...a tendency, but like 99.99% of your posts are for that and that alone.

This has revealed to me this is not just a simple philosophy, this is a extremely obsessive fixation on you...a sign of something not...fully right going on.
I can speculate on the root issue here...perhaps you lost a girlfriend to a person whom was a muslim, perhaps you have had personal victimization, etc...but it made me realize it is a very unbalanced view, and therefore mindset in general that we are dealing with here...and therefore logic is far out the window in this discussion.

sorta unnerving...care to ask what your actual beef is with it, or are you going to just hide behind a semi-detatched argument of bad fruit...what is your personal guy sitting behind the computer issue with islam?

I wonder actually...are you a former allah worshipper that is now the worst critic sort of thing?

Muslims in the Arab world have made no secret of the fact that they intend to make the West Muslim through immigration and outbreeding the white population.

Give it a few years though. You will probably wisen up. You seem like an intelligent chap.

No worries, latins equal them in birth rates, and we allow in the us far more latins in than muslims.
They tend to be christian
So, in that regard, its a non issue...they will always be a small minority in the US.

My question was though, what is your personal beef with em? Like, I have major issues with religion in general, but my posting history is a good mix...some anti-religion type stuff, some alien stuff, some politics, etc etc etc...full spectrum because I am more than just a single thought. I am complex like everyone else.
ATS is not a bastion of anti-muslim sentiment and somehow important in this regard...just a conspiracy website with a billion subjects...
You however are laser focused on one specific subject...thats it, no variation
That means more than just an academic concern...this is a movement for you...a crusade if you will, and that is usually for a underlying reason not presented...

Care to indulge us the personal side? you don't have to, its off topic, I just wanted to figure out your specific angle beyond the illusion of intellectual concern.

Latins have their cultural differences, but the first generation here tends to adopt U.S. culture, and their birth rates drop.

Islam succeeds by isolating themselves into closed off communities. That is what we can not allow to happen here in he states, because then they become an invading force, and we have the right to repel an invading force.

In fact this whole politically correct nonsense needs to be thrown in the gutter, and people shouldn't feel bad about stating their opinions against an extremely hostile religion based on highly bigoted attitudes.

If they refuse to adopt our western ways, we should ship them out of the country.

Your attitutude is perfectly reasonable for an American.

You may however have noticed a fair number of Europeans who come on these boards spitting blood about Muslims.

Muslim numbers have increased rapidly in Europe in the last few years.

European Muslims are not big on integration. Once their number are large enough, they take over communities.

Europe is where the US will be in 5-10 years time.

This survey may throw light on where Europe (and the UK in particular) is.

"If a new party was set up that wants to defend the English, create an English parliament, control immigration, challenge Islamic extremism, restrict the building of Mosques and make all public buildings fly the George Cross or the Union Jack."

21% definitely support it
27% consider supporting it
10% undecided
15% probably not support it
27% definitely not support it

the more you persecute someone, the more popular they become

Only in rare instances when those persecuted display great principles and fortitude.

Muslim do neither.

Look at what is going on in Europe. Here in the U.S. we need to act soon to prevent such a mess.

Please do. Then you can help 'Christian' Europe in the coming civil war.

I hope it doesn't come to that, but if history is a teacher, ethnic communities within other ethnic communities are a recipe for civil war.

As soon as their numbers grow, Muslims simply don't intergate.

If it became rule that a church couldn't be in a city I would just worship in my own home with friends or something to that effect. [though I doubt this would happen; we're still a Christian nation].

I disagree and can see you are wishy washy on liberty and law. Call it what it is, mob rule, and it's always created oppression when not tightly controlled. We have a number of buffers, both legal and elected, that separate the common man from policy, and for good reason as is reflected by your less than reasonable post.

Should we hear them out? Sure. Should we punish swaths of society or put them at the whim of another group or groups because they have a majority? No and never.

I repeat, never.

Failing to draw lines in the sand that are actually spelled out in the Constitution is the worst kind of crime against personal liberty, let alone all the other concessions fair weather citizens have let go. Don't be a part of the problem, there's already enough out there to contend with.

Muhammad was not a warlord. A warrior, revolutionary and military leader yes. The only true war he ever fought was against Mecca and Abu Sufyan who was a tyrant and oppressed the Muslim people. The conquest of Arabia came after Muhammad's death. Conquest and religion went hand and hand at the time, look at what Constantine did with the early Christians who for almost 300 years had been pacifists. He turned them into a war machine.

The owning of slaves was common throughout all of the world at the time. Even Paul in the good ol NT says "Tell slaves to be submissive to their masters and to give satisfaction in every respect; they are not to talk back, not to pilfer, but to show complete and perfect fidelity, so that in everything they may be an ornament to the doctrine of God our Savior." And Christians preferred Muslims as slaves. Even the Jews had slaves, and they were enslaved by the Egyptians for many many years.

If anything Islam had one of the best views of slavery, that being it was a good and righteousness to free slaves. As oppose to most other religions at the time who seem to agree with Paul.

Islam is not the problem. Extremism is the problem, and unfortunately IMO you are an extremist. If you were to ban Islam in this country you would get what you want and that is a war of prejudice.

Not all Muslims are the way you and your biased articles and statistics paint them. A good Muslim is just like a good Christian, they KNOW their faith. They understand the words of peace, and discount the words which are misinterpreted by the powerful or reflect a time which has long been dead.

And we should crack down on churches that practice politics as far as I am concerned.

Worship any god your choose, but when you start getting politically active, then shut em down.

That is completely ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with religious people joining together and becoming politically active. People of the same faith obviously will agree on fundamental values, which is exactly the same reason any group of like minded people come together for politics. Separation of church and state does not mean people who are religious and work together should have their rights to participate in the political world forfeit. How could you possibly feel that way? You do realize pretty much everyone involved in the founding of this country was a Freemason? So if they didn't band together based on their ideals we would not even exist. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but not every opinion is valid or correct, please educate yourself before making horribly stupid comments because you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. And I definitely agree with Cain, Islam always seeks to establish sharia law as their endgame. They know how to infiltrate countries and their host governments and you can look to Europe if you want to see what happens if you do not stop their progression head on.

Of course not, it is known and documented that he did. I am not condoning slavery I think it is horrible, I am simply arguing that slavery was a custom at the time practiced by nearly all societies and religions. So it is unfair of you to question the moral integrity of a man who possessed slaves the same way that the western Europeans and Americans did (all of which also enslaved women and children). If anything you must acknowledge the faults of all those who had slaves (including the founding fathers) instead of singling out one Islamic man to further your crusade against Islam.

May I just add three things to this fascinating discussion?

1) Comparisons between Islam & Nazism are perfectly correct, since the Grand Muslim Mufti of Jerusalem was a great friend of Hitler, not only sending Muslim troops to fight alongside Nazi troops AGAINST Britain and the USA, but actually SUGGESTING "The Final Solution" of the gas chambers to Hitler, and offering to help construct them! Also, "Mein Kampf" is a bestselling book in Muslim countries.

2) Muslim birth rates are ridiculously high because every Muslim man is allowed 4 wives, so studies have shown that letting ONE Muslim man into any western country results in about 25 Muslims, including his 4 wives with 5 children each, then there are his grandmother and all her relatives, etc.

3) Glenn Beck is not a "wacko" to me, but a real, genuine hero, like Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, who provided Beck with much of his research material for the excellent programmes about the Unholy Muslim/Marxist Alliance, and the western Marxists supporting the evil Muslim Brotherhood behind the so-called "Arab Spring". It all happened before with Ayatollah Khomeini and Iran. I believe Beck lost his job because he dared to expose the Muslim/Marxist Alliance which has deeply infiltrated western governments and media, and they wanted to silence him.

Apparently, there is considerable historical evidence that Muslims actually STARTED the African slave trade, and Africans themselves did NOT engage in slavery before the Muslim invasions. Arab Muslims themselves have a long tradition of deep racist hatred of African peoples, similar to the racist hatred towards Africans by people of the Indian subcontinent. As a Tanzanian commented, "Indians just use Africa as a steppingstone to the West".

Even the Belgian King Leopold was blamed for horrific atrocities committed against Africans, which were actually committed by his Muslim business partner in Africa.

The Eighth Amendment to the US Constitution expressly FORBIDS "cruel or unusual punishments", like beheading, stoning to death, chopping off hands and feet, throwing homosexuals off high buildings, judicially sanctioned rape of a woman for crimes committed by her male relatives, etc. etc. etc..........

The Bible is full of sexism, bigotry, and violence.

And yet, no one here is saying that book of mythology should be abolished from the United States. Oh wait, it fits your ideologies? Doesn't matter.

It's still crap and so is Islam. Hell, Religion overall can go away all I care.

The whole "my religion is better than yours" argument is immature and anyone who uses it (98% of ATS members in this thread) lacks intelligence and deserves a big ol slap in the face.

Later.

It seems that your depiction of our country as "invaders" shows very plainly where you stand on our military; sure we rely on other countries for some of our resources, but this doesn't mean that we murder for them or that we don't help countries with less power than we have. And look, if we ever fall into a communistic dictatorship then sure I would support opposition to it; but as of right now I just don't see what the gripe is with the way we do things, honestly, we have it much better than so many countries and we have a system that ultimately works. Why fix what isn't broken? I must add that I'm not a "blind nationalist" I am fully aware that our country is in trouble, which is why I am going to vote this coming election.

Are you for real?

Muhammad not only kept slaves, he personally enslaved women and children after murdering their brothers and fathers.

As you say. It is well known and documented by Muslims, but not well known by non-Muslims.

At least Xtianity is something people can ignore pretty much if they choose - Islam intends to kill you unless you submit.

Choosing to ignore that reality - in order to spite Xtianity is what I would call imature!
