In reference to my dream I had posted July 14th I had dreamed that there were black anomalies headed here towards Earth! Please go take a look at my dream. www.abovetopsecret.com...

Update: I had a dream 7/14/2011 last night that there were black round anomalies headed here towards earth that had gaseous clouds around them.

An unknown mass believed to be from outer space on Saturday fell near Kilimambogo and Tala towns.

Initially, there were reports of an explosion in Kangundo, Tala, Yatta and Kakuzi before an extra-terrestrial rock fell at around 10 am.

Here's a source for this:

Does the OP have an opinion? Could you at least explain whether or not you think it's something other than a meteor? I assume you think it's an alien spacecraft or you would have posted this in a different forum.

Tons and tons of space junk falls to Earth every year, so if this is in fact a meteor fragment it is no big deal. The fact that it is being made into a big deal is actually the real story here.

Any fool can make predictions. It especially if they are about common, everyday things (that they ignorantly twist into some idiotic manner to fit their "prediction".

Here, let me give it a try, let me know how accurate I am in the coming months:

I predict, in the very near future there will be trying times indeed. I have dreamed it. In my dreams I saw war, protests, civilian deaths, volcanoes, earthquakes, death, famine, economic strife, disease and many unsettling things. I think I have tapped into the fabric of reality, and it is trying to communicate with me through my dreams. Will my predictions come true? Only time will tell, and me of course when i find anything in the news that I can tout as evidence of my predictions!!!

There, how did I do? Maybe I should have tied it into all the idiotic 2012 NONSENSE or that niburu......that ignorant crowd eats moronic stuff like this up and begs for more. I wonder what they are going to latch onto after all this nonsense passes by? What will be the next idiotic thing they grasp at? Because you know they will never learn, they will just continue to make fools out of themselves (and those of us interested in intelligently discussing conspiracies).

Thanks for telling what the video says for those of us who have trouble watching videos. I for one am a believer in foretelling by dreams, as I have experienced it.

I hope for our sake, it was just a dream.

For those who believe in God, Revelations 8:6 falls in line with this

Context > New American Standard Bible

6And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound them.

7The first sounded, and there came hail and fire, mixed with blood, and they were thrown to the earth; and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

8The second angel sounded, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea; and a third of the sea became blood,

9and a third of the creatures which were in the sea and had life, died; and a third of the ships were destroyed.

10The third angel sounded, and a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of waters.

11The name of the star is called Wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter.

12The fourth angel sounded, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of the stars were struck, so that a third of them would be darkened and the day would not shine for a third of it, and the night in the same way.

13Then I looked, and I heard an eagle flying in midheaven, saying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!”

A big red flag in this news story is the statement "... was extremely hot ...". Meteorites are always cold, like space, when they reach the ground. If it was very hot then we have a bit of a mystery to resolve.

NASA Link

Objects from space that enter Earth's atmosphere are -- like space itself -- very cold and they remain so even as they blaze a hot-looking trail toward the ground. "The outer layers are warmed by atmospheric friction, and little bits flake away as they descend," explains Yeomans. This is called ablation and it's a wonderful way to remove heat. (Some commercial heat shields use ablation to keep spacecraft cool when they re- enter Earth's atmosphere.) "Rocky asteroids are poor conductors of heat," Yeomans continued. "Their central regions remain cool even as the hot outer layers are ablated away."

Best regards,
Z

Area residents say the loud sound was comparable to a bomb explosion or a crashing aircraft

Well, that´s really strange, because I live far North - in Estonia, I´m in quiet country side in the summer and couple of hours ago I heard loud explosion. I´ve never heard anything like this, it sounded like a bomb. Nothing on the news, so I thought nothing much about it. But then I saw this thread. How strange cooincidence

I'm making a prediction that my curry will arrive in the next few hours.

This isn't really news as such, things like this happen occasionally and are not that important unless the meteors are due to hit an important location where it could cause a problem. However, I find the original post quite interesting where the news story states that something else was seen flying near the object.

Z gets A+++, he's absolutely correct about meteorites on the surface. In humid conditions they will even form frost, until warmed up by the ambient air.

Sometimes the condensation [fog] around the meteorite-cooled air near the fall is mistaken for smoke.

Now Hollywood meteors are red hot so anybody imagining [dreaming] red hot meteors is channeling science fiction, not reality.

Stuff that falls hot is usually pieces of of jet engines.
