Great chuckle - thanks. Has anyone given any consideration to the though that just perhaps these might be average folks who are looking to earn a pay check? Pretty #y way, no question about it, but a pay check nonetheless. Not saying they're all boy and girl scouts, but I have to think that a fair share are just honest folks who leave work, shake their heads as they look at their reflections in their car mirror and then force it out of their minds because tomorrow night's dnner for the family needs to come from somewhere...

TG

Any person that puts money above human rights is nothing but a puppet and deserves no respect from neighbors, friends or family. Simply put, they are traitors.

If the Govt. wants to state "You are either with us or against us", then the same rules apply to our fellow citizens when fighting for human rights and especially the constitution.

Oh, come on. TSA agents are not the root of all evil. They are doing a job. We might disagree with the NEED for this job, but they are just essentially minimum wage drones. Attacking the least powerful is a symptom of a brainwashed and oppressed population. Dont fight amongst yourselves, go after the REAL culprits.

Also, no one is forcing you to fly.

The fundamental argument is the legality of searches that involve touching legally specified areas of the human body.

The breasts and crotch are considered, by law, to be sexual areas of the body. As such, they are expressly forbidden areas to touch WITHOUT CONSENT.

Just because someone needs/wants to fly doesn't mean they give consent, no matter what that fine print says.

Under the strict interpretation of the fine print, the government has specified that sexual contact is legal.

Next time I'm at the grocery store I'm going to grab some guy's inner thigh.

The government says it's legal.

I wonder how I'll do in court.

A thread about TSA... Check
Flags?... Check
Stars?... Check

But seriously... I wish america had no security at all so we can go back to terrorism and drug trafficking.

We're being terrorized by our own government.

As I said in the other bloody closed thread, I'd rather be BLOWN up than FELT up.

Many people have died for our liberties. Let's not throw away what they've given us.

Its called irony.

Once we start to relax our security, some radical group will slip in and attack. Everyone will suddenly be saying, "Where did the TSA go? Why did they decide to scrap the security? HELP US TSA! HELP US!"

What you fail to understand is that people will sign forms and/or enter contract into things without fully understanding what they are consenting to.

So while you have legal consent:

The person really doesn't give you their consent.

There are companies/people being charged, after tricking/manipulating people into giving consent into illegal activity.

Dude, you don't need the bold text.

I'm not failing anything, you're failing to have common sense.

Show me a single individual who doesn't already know what they're getting into when they enter that line.

Or some radical group will use some means not screened out by the TSA, or the target won't be a plane. There will still be a catastrophe, and people will say, "why did I bother getting molested, this # still happened."

Are you out of your mind? " Rather be blown up than felt up"... Your logic escapes me.

I mean personally I'd rather be alive and have my kids alive... Go through an airport guilt free on my trip... they can tough my balls I don't care... As long as I can get on the plane and feel like, yay we arnt trafficking drugs with mules or bombed, I'd feel safe and say, " those bastards won't get us this time "

You got to ask yourself, is this because you feel guilty? Is this only about anti government?

Obviously when your surfing on your internet, your government has never done anything for you?

It's quite simple really. I'm not afraid to die. I'm not a coward.

I'd rather have freedom than tyranny.
