Are we to assume that your capitalising Israel is some subtle form of pointing them out? If I were surrounded by people who want to wipe me off the map, I would have a larger military as well.

As far as China goes, I think they would most likely be higher than their current rank since their government doesnt release their actual military budget.

The US better be number one since our government has sent our country in a tailspin of trillions of dollars in debt financing it.

Agreed.

IMO, China is likely really in the number two position, and may hit the number one position by the end of the decade.

South Korea stands out to me!

Larger than France, Germany, Pakistan, Spain, Saudi Arabia?

Pakistan and India have Nuclear Weapons! Shouldn't that put them right behind US, Russia, and China?

the list also does not take into account,
armies by proxy.

Meaning an Army may wear a certain flag
but have heads of state that are loyal to
another country.

Since the USA, Britain and France are all proxies
for Israel. That puts Israel at the top of the list.

Read through it. It’s the most correct and up-to-date measure of military power.
It takes into account many variables its all there.

But it measures the armies as stand alone entities, it does not take into account politics and it shouldn't.

military strength are not just based
on numbers alone, but also by loyalties.

Interesting. The countries that we are screwing with right now don't even come in to the Top 30. What a bunch of pussies we are. It's not, "Make love, not war" anymore. It's "Make war, only with those with a marginal military."

I'm sorry I got as far as number 2 and started laughing. Not only has Russia got a minute military in relation to borders to defend. Its troops are also #e too, most are conscripts and the last real war russia faught was in Afghanistan in 1989 when they got their arses kicked so they are lacking somewhat in current combat experience. This is even before we get on to their inadequaite equipment compared to the west.

This comes from russian blood

Having agreements with countries is not the same as being their slave.

If you were to look at it like that, you could say any of the nato countries were the proxy of each other, but you choose to point to Israel.

Why?

9/11 made America's military a slave
to Israel.

And Why you ask???

cuz it's true

That is slightly misleading, though interesting none the less. It definitely does not include the technological differences.

Your circular logic won't work on me.
