I love this, people "think" organic means GMO free, NO IT DOES NOT, it means the farmer did not use pesticides or herbicides on his or her crops to reduce the amount of weeds or increase yields, THAT IS BECAUSE IT IS GMO. The pesticide is IN the seed so they do not have to USE pesticides and such. It is a form of GMO. What a joke. The best thing you can do is grow your own in a green house or buy from a farmer who uses 3 year old or older stock seed. GMO has been shown to deplete after the 3 year cycle. So if the seeds are used over again after harvest, in 3 years time the GMO should be almost gone from the seed.

Organic= Pesticide INSIDE the seed. What a dumbass idea and people just ate it up!!! Pun intended!!

You are phenomenally uninformed. I am curious where you get your information from. Organic certification of almost any kind in the West specifies that using GMO stock is against regulation. "Organic', depending on the regulator, does not just mean 'no spray'.

tilth.org...

What is organic?strawberry flat Organic refers not only to the food itself, but also to how it is produced and processed. Organic food production is based on a system of farming that mimics natural ecosystems and maintains and replenishes the fertility and nutrients of the soil. Organic Production integrates cultural, biological and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance and conserve biodiversity. Organic foods are produced without the use of genetically modified organisms and irradiation. Processed organic foods are handled carefully to maintain the integrity of organic ingredients going into the products.

After 90 days of unemployment insurance, all assistance will come to a screeching halt. If the unemployed person can't find a job during those 90 days, he will have to enroll in public works programs which might be anywhere in the country and work on some large public projects, like building football stadiums or dams and cleaning sewers. The work will be done under police supervision.

Source

Echtelion also mentioned "Hungary is an extremely racist place".

This is half true. The problem our country's population is 10M and there are 700.000 - 1M gypsies and most of them is living from goverment support benefits. Hungarian people think they could live better if they didnt have to spend taxmoney for gypsies living.

I also have to mention:
Every time a bigger group of gypsies try to travel from here to western countries like France, Sweden, Brussel or Canada they are forced to come back here. Western countries dont accept them because they know they have to pay big tax money if they let them live there. So they send them back here and blame us being racist and not supporting and educating poor people.

I read this and other alternative sites and i see how americans fed up with mexicans and people from the south part of the continent because they take american jobs and live from the money of US tax payers. The situation here is the same.

Thank you for the information. Too bad there is not education or apprenticeships offered too.

About the American problem with Mexicans. Most people do not have a problem with Mexicans who come here legally. I have found them hard working people and they are some of my best customers.

It is those who sneak across the border illegally. Some are criminals, some are transporting drugs. This has lead to violence and even murder in the border states.

From what you said I take it the Gypsies also cross borders without the proper papers so yes it is a similar situation.

not similar at all. mexicans take the jobs and social benefits, DOUBLE WHAMMY!!!! in america czigans made frivolous lawsuits an artform. and besides I grew to enjoy listening to lakatos after a few good drinks!! they can really play a fiddle!!

joking aside, it's hard to believe all this. my grandparents were all from hungary and they put farming and botanical sciences at a premium. it's hard to think things would come to this over there. when I was a kid my grandmother grew the best tomatoes, plums, apricots, strawberries, etc... all seeds she snuck back after the war/revolution era. they were leagues above any produce I have ever had prior or since. so I assumed hungary was some great big produce mecca, kinda like italy is to grapes and olives.

I guess cheap labor and crumby food regulations have spread the world over, and that is an american trait in which I wish I could apologize for.

You guess correctly. There are now "International Guidelines" made up by bureaucrats who have never set foot on a farm and now they are intent on forcing them on farmers the world over. The goal is to make it so difficult that farmers can no longer farm.

Lessons from the UK.

North Farm is the last working dairy farm left for miles. Mr Lawton said: “… all my neighbours have given up. It’s become incredibly bureaucratic and it’s completely over-powered by bureaucrats – there must be two civil servants in Defra (Department for the Environment and Rural Affairs) for every farmer in the countryside.” . …The sheer amount of paperwork and restrictions on what farmers can do is a problem – it takes up around 60 per cent of Mr Lawton’s time. “It’s difficult particularly for us family farms who don’t have a huge staff for administration,” he said” www.thisisswindon.co.uk...

They dont cross the borders illegally. They were a simple minority group not long ago, but while hungarians have 1-2 kids gypsies have 4-6 or more. They spread fast. And generations live together. Sometimes 20-30 in a single family house. They live up their enviroment extremely fast and hungarians dont like if a gipsy family moves close to their house because all the house prices in that area will decrease dramatically.

Gipsy parents thinks differently. I dont blame them for this, but their way of raising their children not fits into europe. I often see young gipsy kids walking in small bands in the streets during school time and they are very violent.
Literally they can do anything, no one dares to cross their way even cops avoid them. And if you do a politician will come and blame you for being racist and he hopes gypsies will vote for him because he protected their "rights".

Off course there are gypsies who made it. Some of them are hard phisical workers and few who graduate from university. But it seems the majorty dont want to live in the european way. The goverments pumped insane ammount of money to social programs that should help them to catch up but nothing really changed in the last 15 years since i read / watch news.

Things changed because after the 2nd WW we became part of the Soviet Union and they bought everything that grew here. After the SU collapsed and the 45 years of russian occupation ended and their troops left our country we lost this big market. Millions lost their jobs and since 1990 we have the same people in our parlament / goverment who do nothing but filling their own pockets with money.

I think I either read on here that Monsanto was pushing their seeds to most farmers or from a link on here from a good while back...but what you're saying definitely eases my mind about the quality of farmers' market vegetables and the kind of seeds they use. I need to do more research apparently, but I'm relieved to hear from someone who definitely knows more than I do in my small time researching everything!

.....They were a simple minority group not long ago, but while hungarians have 1-2 kids gypsies have 4-6 or more. They spread fast.......

Thank you very much for explaining this to us.

This is what I like about ATS. We get information from real people instead of just the propaganda from the people in power.

You might find this article from Dick Lamm, former Governor of Colorado interesting. It addresses the Gypsy problem in Hungary as well as the Latino problem in the USA, explaining why any attempt to actually address the problem in a meaningful way is always shot down by those pushing for "Global Governance"

You can not build a true world government without first weakening the national government.

Eight Steps To Destroy America
Last week there was an immigration-overpopulation conference in Washington, DC, filled to capacity by many of American's finest minds and leaders.....

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America. The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States. He said, "If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time.

Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.'"

"Here is how they do it," Lamm said: (First) ;"Turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bi-cultural country. History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual.....

Given we are all under the same threat from the globalists, central bankers and the large international corporations, it would be very stupid not to pay attention to what is happening to people in other places. What we see happen in one place is often an "experiment" by these nasty people.

They "experimented" with GMOs on the people in the USA. Communism in the Soviet Union Fabian Socialism in the UK and the European Union.

From what I can see they are searching for the correct form of "Government " to control the whole world and they like the form of the European Union at least as a stepping stone. This is why they decided to allow the Soviet Union to fail. The Western Bankers were funding it from the beginning and finally decided it was a failed experiment. Also see Global Governance 2025 | Atlantic Council

Thomas P. O'Neill Sr said to his son Tip (former Speaker of the House) "All politics is local." As Far as I am concerned politics and control should STAY local because smaller is more efficient and more under the control of people.

The Foot & Mouth disease fiasco in England and The New Orleans Disaster here in the states are good examples of what happens when a big bureaucracy, more concerned with protecting themselves has control.

The more we share information the better chance we have of keeping at least some of our freedom, at least that is my hope.

very true unfortunately i know my cousins stopped being dairy farmers for some of the same reasons, too much regulations, threats and red tape. not to mention all the milk they HAD to pour down the sewer. as you can't produce more than the arbitrary amount of milk you are allowed to produce, then on top of that if you DON'T meet your quota your quota gets reduced.

another dairy farmer in the area was threatened that if they didn't keep ALL birds out of the BARN they would be shut down. why i couldn't tell you since there are strict sterilization procedures before hooking up the pump to the udder, then milk is fully contained in a sealed stainless steel tank until pickup. almost seems they want to put farmers out of business.

Oh, please! If your read your link, you will see that everything is coming from speculations.
From the same blog post:

The information originally came from the web site of a new organization of retired policeman called Szolgálat és Becsület Érdekvédelmi Mozgalom (Advocacy Movement of Service and Honor).
So nothing official. I don't say it can't be true, but these speculations are only good for the liberal-socialists. FYI:

  • Népszabadság was the official daily paper of the communist party in hungary until 1989.
  • Népszava was the official daily paper of the labor union which was ruled by the communist party until 1989.

True. But the really sad part is that most of the people don't know that the root of the current situation in Hungary comes from before 1989. The real problem is not the early pension of the policemen, and not the so called "job seekers support", but the interests. The interests paid on the loans. And this wouldn't be a problem if the loans were used back then for the good of the Hungarian people, but sadly most of the money went to the other socialist/communist nations in the name of the "socialist co-operation".

almost seems they want to put farmers out of business.....

That is EXACTLY what they want to do. Nicole Johnson wrote a wonderful, well researched article on the topic.

.....With World War II, America saw its agricultural system intentionally subjected to political policies that radically transformed it.....

This transformation was the result of organized plans developed by a group of highly powerful though unelected financial and industrial executives who wanted to drastically change agricultural practices in the US to better serve their collective corporate financial agenda. This group, called the Committee for Economic Development, was officially established in 1942...

....CED determined that the problem with American agriculture was that there were too many farmers. But the CED had a "solution": millions of farmers would just have to be eliminated.... FARM WARS or OpEdNews (more references listed)

Corporations need two things to make lots of money. Lots of customers and a cheap labor supply. In 1940 Farmers made up 69% of labor force. Those Farmers were independent, inventive and not inclined to waste money on "store bought" so that had to be changed. By 1990 farmers were reduced to 2.6% of labor force.

The essential fact to be faced, argues CED, is that with present high levels farm productivity, more labor is involved in agriculture production that the market demands "in short, there are too may farmers. To solve that problem, CED offers a program with three main prongs."[4]

Some of the report’s authors would go on to work in government to implement CED’s policy recommendations. Over the next five years, the political and economic establishment ensured the reduction of "excess human resources engaged in agriculture" by two million, or by 1/3 of their previous number.

Their plan was so effective and so faithfully executed by its operatives in the US government that by 1974 the CED couldn’t help but congratulate itself in another agricultural report called "A New US Farm Policy for Changing World Food Needs" for the efficiency of the tactics they employed to drive farmers from their land.[5]

The human cost of CED’s plans were exacting and enormous.

CED’s plans resulted in widespread social upheaval throughout rural America, ripping apart the fabric of its society destroying its local economies
......

CED members were influential in business, government, and agricultural colleges, and their outlook shaped both governmental policies and what farmers were taught. Farmers found themselves encouraged to give up on a farming system that employed minimal outsourced inputs and capital and get "efficient" by adopting instead a system that required they go into debt in order to purchase ever more costly inputs,.... [THINK INDIA cv]

Farmers, meanwhile, were and continue to be squeezed on both ends: by input suppliers putting upward pressure on selling prices and by output buyers exerting downward pressure on their buying prices. This analysis is confirmed by the Keystone Center, an establishment think tank with representatives on its board from Monsanto, DuPont, Shell, Coca-Cola, Dow, General Electric and the Rockefeller Foundation, to name a few.... FARM WARS

Why should anyone care about family farms??? Lenin, founder of the Russian revolution said it best.

"The Socialist Revolution in the US cannot take place because there are too many small independent farmers there. Those people are the stability factor. We here in Russia must hurry while our government is stupid enough to not encourage and support the independent farmership." - V. Lenin, the founder of the Russian revolution

The people who decided to wipe out American farmers are the same people who Bankrolled The Bolshevik Revolution

I finally figured out WHY "Socialism" was picked for their masquerade and posted it HERE

The globalists are "Socialist" not because they care about people but because they want to CONTROL people and socialism is the sheepskin they have adopted in order to fool people into turning over control. Actually they look at us in the same way that a farmer looks at cattle.

You can see that in the words of a founding member of the Fabian Society. The Society that set-up the London School of Economics where world leaders like John F. Kennedy and George Soros are trained.

“Under Socialism, you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner; but whilst you were permitted to live, you would have to live well.”
The Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Socialism and Capitalism, 1928, pg. 470)

“The notion that persons should be safe from extermination as long as they do not commit willful murder, or levy war against the Crown, or kidnap, or throw vitriol, is not only to limit social responsibility unnecessarily, and to privilege the large range of intolerable misconduct that lies outside them, but to divert attention from the essential justification for extermination, which is always incorrigible social incompatibility and nothing else.”
“On the Rocks” (1933), Preface

“The moment we face it frankly we are driven to the conclusion that the community has a right to put a price on the right to live in it … If people are fit to live, let them live under decent human conditions. If they are not fit to live, kill them in a decent human way. Is it any wonder that some of us are driven to prescribe the lethal chamber as the solution for the hard cases which are at present made the excuse for dragging all the other cases down to their level, and the only solution that will create a sense of full social responsibility in modern populations?”
Prefaces (London: Constable and Co., 1934), p. 296.
Real George Bernard Shaw

Do these people have ANY fellow feeling towards the rest of mankind???

When people of this class are stricken by guilt feelings while plotting world wars and economic depressions which will bring misery, suffering and death to millions of the world’s inhabitants, they sometimes have qualms. These qualms are jeered at by their peers as "a failure of nerve". After a bout with their psychiatrists, they return to their work with renewed gusto, with no further digressions of pity for "the little people" who are to be their victims. - Carroll Quigley, Tragedy and Hope, Macmillan, New York, p. 326 www.apfn.org...

Interesting.

Thanks for the imput.

I would not be surprised if these "speculations" are being floated on the internet to see how they go over with people or to get people used to the idea. With economic hard times people may be willing to give up their freedom or so they hope.

The idea certainly aligns with Shaw's vision as I showed in the post above.

The ex-Chairman of the Fabian Society, Tony-Blair, former UK Prime Minister, (now working for £2.5m a year part time for US investment bank JP Morgan) seems to be trying for President of the EU.

...The real problem is not the early pension of the policemen, and not the so called "job seekers support", but the interests. The interests paid on the loans....

The problem for ALL of us is interest on loans. Loans on money created out of thin air. In the USA 97% of the money supply is LOANS!

"The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking was conceived in inequity and born in sin . . . . Bankers own the earth. Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money, and, with a flick of a pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again. . . . Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in. . . . But, if you want to continue to be the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit. "
- Josiah Charles Stamp quotes (English Economist President of the Bank of England in the 1920's and the 2nd richest man in Great Britain, 1880-1941) thinkexist.com...

Fractional Reserve Banking is a form of theft. It is Fraud, where in an exchange, one side has reneged by not forking over a thing of value (Consideration). By making trades under false pretenses, only one side of the exchange has actually been made. The defrauder, the counterfeiter, the banker, the Federal Reserve or other Central Bank has gained value from someone, but hasn't provided his side of the exchange.

This was established in a court of law First National Bank of Montgomery vs. Daly (1969)

...First National Bank of Montgomery vs. Daly (1969) was a courtroom drama worthy of a movie script.3 Defendant Jerome Daly opposed the bank's foreclosure on his $14,000 home mortgage loan on the ground that there was no consideration for the loan. "Consideration" ("the thing exchanged") is an essential element of a contract....
.."It sounds like fraud to me," intoned Presiding Justice Martin Mahoney amid nods from the jurors. In his court memorandum, Justice Mahoney stated:

" Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, . . . did create the entire $14,000.00 in money and credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note."

The court rejected the bank's claim for foreclosure, and the defendant kept his house....
