Why don't we have something like this here in California or in areas seismic active?

Your link could be interesting, but it unfortunately doesn't play for me... I assume it's a shot directed at a seismograph?

A link to something similar would be interesting for Cali, lots of activity there too. Only got one for the pacific north west: www.pnsn.org...
