Im guessing the only people that own them,made them for themselves. They are probably illegall to purchase making it near impossible to find one.

And judging by the bullet size it looks to me the ring is huge and not a james bond like stealth gun. Everyone you walked past would notice it on your hand and jail time would soon follow.
