The missile trail is spotted at 0:40, as it continues to curl in the air. Obviously a firework could not leave a trail that big, so that's out of the question. Any thoughts?

I wouldnt call that a rocket or a ufo just off the bat...
Looks more like a normal contrail, or it could be a big "Bottle Rocket"

What say ye?

I'm no expert on rockets or contrails, but it doesn't look like a cloud that's for sure.

People are so dumbed down these days, The 4th of July (I'm assuming that's when the video was taken) would be the best time to execute a launch. The government could launch 100 missiles and say "Oh... um, those were just special fireworks" and the people would respond with an "Oh, okay then. Thanks for the honesty!".

It's not me claiming it's a UFO, that's the cameraman. The video is not mine.

Looks like a normal contrail to me, coming from over the horizon.

anyone remember the California "missile launch" from late last year??

California contrail explained in pictures

And 3 cases (incl one above) explained A problem of perspective

And another one from Texas
