Was reading this (www.abovetopsecret.com...) and there was a red dot!! wait!! its on everything i go on :S

I just now got the red dot also. I refreshed a thread, and saw it briefly. I refreshed again, and it wasn't there. But then I went to the home page and it was back. So I went to this thread and it is still here, but it appears in a different spot on each page.
