Talk show host Glenn Beck will come to Israel's Knesset on Monday to address the Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs Committee on how to improve Israel's public diplomacy and fight efforts to delegitimize the Jewish state.

Beck, who recently left his popular talk show on Fox News, will talk to Israeli legislators from across the political spectrum at the event, which is co-sponsored by the Knesset Lobby for Israel, Judaism, and Global Ethics.

While he is in Israel, Beck will also be promoting Restoring Courage, his August 24 mass event at the Southern Wall excavations in Jerusalem's Old City, which aims to show solidarity with Israel.

From radio and TV show host to speaking before the Israeli Knesset, it seems to me like Glenn Beck is actually going somewhere. He may be absolutely hated by those on the Left and even in the Middle but you cannot help but recognize that Beck has a very large influence among many groups. In Israel his views are given a higher recognition than in the United States as he was never asked to speak in the US House or Senate.

Whether or not you like someone you never hope someone kills him/her. Beck has just as much the right to voice his opinions as you or I do. It is not a question of whether or not you like what he has to say. Besides that he has a family, a young daughter and a wife, would you like that girl to grow up without a father and a wife without a husband?

Please get help for yourself.

So Glenn is going to preach to the converted, should be nice for him I'm sure his views will be welcomed with open arms. Good to see Glenn pitching in for peace in the Middle East. Why people have respect for this clown is beyond me, but what do I know?

Maybe he'll call them all socialists and marxists for forcing universal health care on it's citizens........

Ok I guess hoping that someone kills Beck was too far for some people.

I also probably didn't add anything to the OP so that was wrong as well.

What I meant to say is "Who Cares?"

Beck going to isreal is a joke as he isn't very well liked by most isrealis.

He is just doing this as an attention getter, thats all.

Beck is a joke to me. If he was honest and wasn't so hypocritical, then I would like the guy.

Unfortuantely he is just a lying propaganda machine and I can't stand people who lie about facts.

I apologize that I wished death on him.

I let my own hatred of the guy get to me.

Beck to Knesset: 'Your People Are My People'

Conservative pundit Glenn Beck addressed the Knesset's Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs Committee on Monday, telling attendees that "your people [are] my people."

In his speech to the Israeli legislature, Beck quoted Megillat Ruth saying, "Where you go, I shall go...Your people is my people, your God is my God."

The Fox News and radio host and an outspoken supporter of Israel was invited to address the committee on how to recruit friends of Israel in the U.S. to defend Israel’s right to exist.

Nobody knows Beck as "Glenn".

He never pushed for his first name to be his call sign/motto. It's always been "BECK".

Did you notice his insignia on the front of his desk during his end time at Fox News?

Notice the "G" really stick out?

I think Israel is everybodys friend and everybodys enemy, what ever it takes to protect their country. Must suck to be surrounded by 1 billion muslims that want their land back.
