sorry to say it, but islam is not a religion of peace. it never has been. its a religion of conquest.

there's a reason everyone who doesn't follow islam is called an "infidel". its a male oriented religion where men can do as they please to their women and daughters (muhammad married a 9 year old), and dying while killing non believers is the highest honor that gets you women in heaven.

isn't it interesting that muhammad's mother, midwife, many people who knew him, and himself thought that he was demon possessed?

isn't it strange that the Qur'an allows men to marry at most 4 women, but muhammad had between 9 and 13 wives at the same time? he later had a "special revelation" that allowed him and ONLY him to have more. convenient eh?

I think you are too tough compared to all of us, if that makes you happy, then I'm happy saying you are the toughest guy in ATS, and the manliest guy for having the dignity to be hater and a bigot.

You have added nothing to this thread other than how tough you are, so let us all agree that Mr. BattleFieldPredator is the toughest guy in ATS and he is an example which all should follow, you know, so that every body ends up as tough as him, because it isn't a good idea to use your brain instead of your ballz.

I agree there is still time, we need our version of Ron Paul...the UK needs Nigel Farage to step in and get involved. Sharia law is madness.

I have a tattoo of GOD on my arm in Arabic (Allah), and even in Miami I get the dumb un-integrated muslims mostly Arab ask me why I have this tattoo and do I know what it means (with anger)...?

Real example happened 2 months or so ago: Background quickly- I am 6'0 and about 260lbs solid muscle bodybuilder with years or Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai.
- I was at PF Chang with my wife in a tank top and we had been arguing so I was not in a good mood suffice it to say. My wife and I were sitting at a table arguing a but when a arab came up to me with a very angry look and said "do you know what that tattoo means", I said "Allah" with a mean look, he said "why do you have that it is an insult to Allah and you should not have this", his body language was more aggressive now.

My wife saw me grin and knew I was pissed and about to explode, she grabbed my arm but to late. I threw the chair back and jumped up right in his face and said "I am Iranian and know what it means so get the f$%k away from me right now and if you dont like it get out of the US or shut up", I was wound so tight just waiting for any reason to let loose on him. At this point a lot of people were watching, my wife was grimacing knowing that in our culture tempers run hot, then Arab appeared to turn white not expecting this response from me backed of quickly and left really fast back to his table to sit with his family.

The moral of my REAL LIFE story, Extreme Muslims understand nothing but pure aggression, talking does no good (sorry Star Trek Next Geners : )... talking is considered weak. I am not extreme, I just know that I live in America, I am free to express myself and my beliefs in the form of a tattoo regardless of what anyone thinks. Not to mention the ignorant arse verbally attacked a 260lbs, 6'0 tall muscle head US Marine in front of his wife...a big no no : )

Being an Englishman, and now well into my 46th year, I am yet again amazed....

But one thing that I do know is this......If this is legit, then there will be trouble on the streets. If this is legit, then people will be purposely venturing into these so called streets where they can be fully seen drinking, smoking and all the other things that people do in a free country. If indeed this nonsense does go ahead, then you can expect blood to be spilt and spilt again across the streets of England. Englishmen will not tolerate this behaviour within their own city, town, village and indeed country. An Englishman will take so much, but don't push him too far, if you do, then you will see change,and when the change comes you will not know what hit you.

Im going to be very careful how I word this, 1. because I am a noob & this is my first post (although I am a long time lurker), and 2. I do not want to be deemed as racist because I am far from it.

I am not religious in any way whatsoever, and a believer that no religion = no war. Imo.

I also think, it depends where you live in the UK. As a long time resident of London, having been born and bred there, and now having lived in the North of England for 10+ years, there is a HUGE difference to how people act, in both cultures. It is also illegal up here in most towns to walk around with a beer, be it a bottle or tin/can. It looks ____ (insert your own text) to walk around with a beer in your hand in the street, so I am glad it is banned up here.

If you drive up to Firth, in Sheffield, you will see a hugely Muslim dominated area. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is written in English, just Arabic. There are only Muslims walking about. I would not be happy to walk down the street there in a Summer dress, let alone carry a beer. I truly feel the first post here is accurate, of a few towns. If you havent seen it, maybe take a trip to the place I just mentioned. It's quite a culture shock.

It is not racist, it is bigotry. The author has obvious agenda of inciting hate towards Muslims.

I'm not inclined to change this topic, but the evidence is clear. His source does not show any wrong doing in part of Muslims, that is why he created his bogus story to incite hate.

The source which he used only showed a poster/flyer with a message on it, that is not illegal in Britain. If it was, they would have been arrested by now.

If they are confessing to illegal activities, then once again, they would have been arrested. All of this is bogus, anyone with a zilch knowledge of propaganda would confess to that.

If you will fall for bigotry, then you are just destroying England. Heck, this kind of hate will fall in the Muslim's hands who want to divide the Western nations, just like the armies and secret services of Western nations divided Muslim nations. You fall for them because one hiccup could cause instability, and instability could cause widespread chaos and civil unrest. And trust me, the fight won't be between Muslims and non-Muslims, much of non-Muslims in England will side with Muslims, and that's when you will see English people killing English people, just like you see the divide and conquer in Libya where Libyans are killing Libyans.

So if you want to fall for bigotry, either way, you are at risk, and at time of war they won't go for you, they will abduct your family and rape each member, that is the sickness of war which the West hasn't seen, but has spread throughout the world in the past decades. Maybe they saw it in WWII, but since WWII the west has been relatively stable.

So be-careful what you wish for, because it might come true, and if it does, English people will be the only ones facing the consequences.

Here in the UK every local council has it's own individual by-laws regulating drinking in public places.

Some councils have strict zero tolerance regulations.

Where I live it is perfectly legal to drink anywhere as long as you are otherwise behaving within the law.

Drinking alcohol obtained from public houses is closely monitored and regulated.
