Iran fires missiles to Indian Ocean for first time

Iran says they test fired 2 missles into the Indian Ocean for the first time, thats a range of 1180 miles. Great, just what they needed to supplement their nuclear program

Too many underestimate Iran in its resolve, weapons and technological advancement. They just don't show it until pressured. A Nation that hasn't attacked anyone in over 200 yrs and they are being labeled as dangerous?

I think people should rethink poking the bear.

It wasn't the Great Empire of Persia for nothing.

I dunno if I trust that their missile reached that far. These are the same guys that Photoshop'd a picture of a missile launch to cover up a couple duds.

Maybe this can help explain why they need more ground to air, ground to ground and ground to sea missiles, US has surrounded Iran.

I have said this before and I still believe it. Iran will become a nuclear state and be welcomed into the nuclear community.

Then the US will make money helping its neighbors catch up.

As far as the missiles, I would like to see more confirmation.

wow, WW3 is very soon. 2012 is real. USA has attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Lebanon and soon they will Syria. This is OBVIOUSLY an attack against Muslims...why dont people realize. If Syria is attacked, Iran will get involved, and they have more or less, nuclear weapons now. This will be messy, god bless us all, and hope that some day, there will be TOTAL peace on this war mongering planet. Humans are insane.

Nuclear weapons are a gamble. Its like the guy who goes into a casino and every time he loses, he doubles up on his bets. After a while hes winning, but each time he risks a bigger and bigger stake. Eventually instead of losing a small amount, he loses a fortune.
With Nuclear weapons we have kept the peace, but when the peace eventually ends, we lose everything!

Which is it? Same as always.

A Nation that hasn't attacked anyone in 200 yrs is the statement that needs to be addressed. They have the capabilities yet choose not to use them. Makes it quite clear that they aren't the ones to watch for.

The missile defense system is a threat to a Nation that just isn't threatening. Unless they get pushed too far. Then again, that's the plan right?
