Two years of waiting, I'd be screaming blue murder.

The entire system of democracy needs a overhaul.....healthcare, tax, financial/banking, judicial, police, welfare....you name it, it needs to be broken down and rebuilt from scratch.

Their healthcare is not a closed ecosystem in and of itself. It exists hand-in-hand with the country's economy and environment, which are deplorable. SFA had a good point: if your country is the one putting you in the hospital, does it really matter how good the healthcare is?
