Is it an electrostatic phenomenon related to the moving wall of earth? They don’t move like your average aircraft; Are they bona fide Unidentified Flying Objects? TR3B?

Well if those are the closeups of the objects in the video, I am going with planes. Strobe lights on the tips of wings gives it away. Not only that but the closeup looks like a plane.
