Our Rights don't apply when we are on a flight? No. Our rights are universal.

Your understanding of your civil rights are severely flawed. Our Rights are most certainly NOT Universal.

You do not have a right to protest on Private Property, for example.

Do not act like Commercial Airlines are exempt from the rules of our society.

And thats just it They are COMMERCIAL airlines. No one is forcing you to fly Dont like TSA, dont fly Simple.

Yep if they break the law throw them in jail just like people that work for any other government agency.

Glad we agree on this.

To think that buying a ticket to fly should relinquish your constitutional rights is like saying Walmart should be able to frisk you before leaving the store^

If Wal Mart wanted to do that, and you were agreeing to such terms when you willfully entered the store (Private Property) of your own volition, then yes, Wal MArt could likely do that.

Here is what it boils down to. How many people have been arrested due to something being found on their person during one of the TSA's gropes????
I'll wager to say none, and if something has been found, any chargers have been made in relation to laws that would not involve any evidence gathered during one of these gropes. Why??? Because that would lead to judicial scrutiny of the search as being unconstitutional to begin with.
Our govt has employed this tactic again and again. Keep it out of court.

No they couldn't, still would take probable cause. A reasonable suspicion that someone was stealing from them. Otherwise they would be doing it now.
In addition, the TSA is not a private company. It is a govt agency. Why do you think that is? Because no private company would be willing or financially capable of enduring the successful lawsuits that these intrusions would bring.

Government needs probable cause. Not a private business fulfilling a contract you willingly entered into as per the parameters i set in my previous post.

You understanding of the law appears severely limited. Your Rights do indeed have limits.

I believe you're confusing law with constitutionality. They are two very different things.
