Drunk-driving with Viagra and a young woman in your car would get most men into trouble. But it's especially tough if you're a politician.

Ohio state Rep. Robert Mecklenborg was arrested for drunk-driving in Lawrenceburg, Ind., in April - and unfortunately for him, it was all caught on tape.

The Dearborn County police prosecutor's office released a video Friday of Mecklenborg getting pulled over by a state trooper and failing a sobriety test.

The article goes on and says he was travelling with a 26 year old woman, not his wife, failed all 3 sobriety tests, and repeatedly told the cop he was a lawyer.

Heres a little video to go with the article.

It is not.

Perhaps you could link this law for first offenders, which I'm assuming he is, that gives you 7 years in prison for a first offense.
