A Few Questions About Board Functionality

Hello, I looked around but couldn't find the answers to the following questions:

Do you need to have a certain number of points built up before you can change the background color of the avatar window? I have noticed that some users have their backgrounds set to black, red, etc.

Do you also need a certain number of points built up to upload a picture for your avatar from a personal file or do they all need to be linked to a url?

Yeah, you purchase the background color in the ATS Store in the MemberCenter.

For avatars you can just upload it to your personal space. No points needed.

Look above your post you will see 14 black and white buttons, click Members Center (U2U) once that is done you will see to the left of your screen a red bar that says ATS Special Features. Click The ATS Store and all will be reviled
