Oh yea and who do you worship?

I don't worship things that I cant prove...

Have fun bowing down to mr. lizardman, and frogman...

Ok good
Making an assumption there and guess what that's not a fact.
Lol why would anyone worship aliens?

Now we can get on to our pissing contest of who's future looks brighter.

Its obvious what the answer to that is.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I knew this would be controversial for some. It goes with the territory. Usually though most who disagree do so with a well constructed rebuttal.

It's all good.

Thanks again for the wonderful reply.

What amazes me is these ancient peoples went through all the trouble to create things like this. Did they just have vivid imaginations, or where they trying to depict what they saw? Truly strange the things they created. The similarity between cultures divided by vast oceans is also a perplexing mystery.

Interesting thread.
S&F

That's the amazing part, these cultures/civilizations were separated by great distances and time.

Intriguing thread and well presented material. It's a fascinating discussion and it does set one's mind in motion, though I do think in the end we will find more questions then we will find answers. That is not such a bad thing.

I thought some would appreciate the similarities.
I made the mistake of adding "Reptilians" which has been considered Taboo in the Aliens/UFO forums but the ancients created statues and carvings of them so I included them as well...

I'm glad u added "reptilians," they are mentioned by many yet it's considered "crazy" to discuss because of two people, icke and sitchin. I never read about either and got my reptilian views reading everything but their stuff. I'm glad someone brought it up on here!

Anyway I believe we don't give our ancestors enough credit. I do believe aliens have visited but indont think they did everything people seem to think they did. My personal opinion is there is some lost technology out there that isn't like our own in the sense it's manufactured technology. I believe they used the planet and her natural "technologies" to create their massive tombs and structures.

Now u mention the thing in his hand. That thing drives me nuts! It's in many different pictorials of ancient cultures. What is your opinion on it? That thing for lack of a better word makes me winder since it's seen all over! Is it their technology?

Sorry if there are spelling and word placement errors I'm on my iPhone and it's a pain to reply lol

The real question is were are the tools that built these monuments.
I see nothing further that you have added op,but more of the i believe in ufo's-et help, but regardless of what is said,i am posting a reverse-psych question too the masses as a way to keep all academic text book theories safely under raps

Sorry op, too many coicendences to just say hey, " we slithered out of the waters, created technology in which we did-and now we lost that technology and as well the tools in doing it."

Sorry not biting your text book academics

I think many tend to forget just how young of a species we really are. {Even we are one or two millions years old} by some guesstimates. Compared to the Earth and known universe we are simply johnny come latelys.

Another great bit of research Slayer. I really enjoy reading about ancient cultures and you dig up the weirdest stuff.I am intrigued by the Philistine fish-god. (why a hat?...kidding).
Seriously, we have no idea of the number of species in our own oceans and the depths and area of our oceans are vast. If I were a "waterbound" E.T. I would put Earth on the bucket list. Since we're tossing the shuttle let's put some technology and resources into exploring the pool.
Peace

Not at all

I appreciate the feedback. I too believe we built and accomplished many things on our own without Alien intervention but I question the genesis of culture and or civilization.

Did they witness beings visiting Earth?

...excellent, as usual, slayer - and, yeah, of course we've been visited by / cohabitated with ETs for eons... the evidence is everywhere - in art (even cave drawings/pictographs), structures, the myths that religions were birthed from, etc...

...btw, the Fu_Xi says to me that this habit of us calling our offspring "little monkeys" is VERY old...

...the fish thang could be so prevalent because fish was (still is) a major source of food for much of the population - so, in essence, fish is a life giver... on some of the fish-tailed beings, the tail part make me think umbilical cord...

...love the olmec stuff... re: the amphibians - the one you included front, side and rear pics of - reminds me of an early stage fetus even tho it has a pouch... what is that in the pouch?... kinda looks like a penis next to a vagina but lets ignore my georgia okeefe moment and ask whats that other thing in there?... gosh, what fun... i sure would like to see that piece in person...

Unlike many here I feel they are/were visiting us as some sort of scientific study of an early primitive species.
