This is obviously the result of a chinese lantern being pressed and moved by swamp gas, with the combination of a strong east wind.

Well, in all seriousness this is a very cool video....I love the smoke ring.

Does the military operate any kind of craft which allows for this kind of effect as they pass through clouds?
